About Us
Ultimate Distributor Supplier Market Visit Policies:
1. 45 day minimum notice for supplier visits
2. All samples to be billed back to supplier at 100%
3. Meals or events requested by vendor will either be paid by supplier
or billed back to supplier at 100% thereafter.
4. Market visits will be scheduled Tues-Thursday unless otherwise
approved.
5. There is a maximum of 3 visits annually.
6. We suspend all supplier visits during the last 3 months of the
year, unless otherwise approved by management.
7. All contact information for who you’re working with will be
provided along with a schedule. 8. Please prepare yourself for
possible rental car services as we cover outlying areas such as Athens,
Augusta, and Savannah.
